Bed time is really important to me. I think the older you get, the more you want your bed and now I am in my thirties, I find myself dreaming of long lie-in’s and hugs with my husband. If you love your bed as much as me then good quality products that are cozy and soft are just one of the essentials to having a good night sleep. Other factors include a dark room to help ease you into a restful sleep, silence is also key and even a cool breeze and tidy bedroom can affect our shut eye time.
As I have suffered with the odd moment of sleep deprivation, I thought I would share some of my tips with you to help and you get ready for bed.
1) A bath always helps me relax so maybe have one an hour before your bedtime
2) Sometimes when I can’t sleep, I find reading really makes my eye droop but it also makes your brain relax too.
3) Exercise is greatest activity to help with sleep at night and doing the gym in the evenings will guarant you’ll sleep soundly that night too.
4) The recommend amount of sleep is 8 hours but most of us get 6 – 7 hours. Try juggling late nights with early ones to make sure you get the right amount of sleep you need every week.
So once you get those tips sorted, the fun part of Bedding can begin.
There is a great selection of products for us bed bunnies and with affordable prices and a wide range of style and choices, you are bound to find something to make your bed even more irresistible.
I love the bedding designs from stores like Tesco including their cute whale print for the kids(ok, I want it for me) and their slogan set which is simple yet chic.
What type of bedding do you like?
