Styling up with QVC

As well as carrying designers such as Links of London, Butler and Wilson and Daisy London, QVC also stocks the fab and dynamic collection, Libertine by Giles Deacon.  I wanted to showcase some of the pieces Giles’ has created and I thought an outfit post was the perfect place to do this.

The collection has a few inspirations but the Thorn pieces are probably my favourite.  I tried the Thorn ring which was über comfortable and the Thorn necklace to finish off the look. These pieces are both costume jewellery items but they look really striking when styled together. As I wanted them to be the big impact of this post, I toned down my look and wore some casual pieces from Superdry and Call it Spring to make this a real summer and fun outfit.

What is best about Giles’ collection is its adaptability and the fact it can be worn with anything. These pieces are a real statement look and I think a dressed up or down look would never overshadow such a cute and kooky collection.
