The new A/W collection from Paul and Joe is very much the same mould as the label’s previous season but with some nice new details. With their signature winter florals and dresses, Paul and Joe have inserted a dose of Masculine attire with tailoring jackets, trousers and rich and male friendly colours. With fabrics such as heavy velvet, padded hunting-bomber jackets and pea coats, there is a clear inspiration of heritage from military to the old gun club and their favourite hunting gear. As Paul and Joe are usually over girlie, these new pieces are a nice change from the norm and gives us something consider when we rock one of these styles for A/W 2012.
