My new relationship with Charlotte Tilbury

I’m in love.

Yes, I’m in love with my hubby but in terms of makeup, I’m completely head over heels.

Charlotte Tilbury was a brand that was always going on in the background for me. I adored their packaging for sure and their products looked fantastic but it’s only in the last year that I have gone completely Ga Ga over them. It started when I first tried some of their lipstick colours (Walk of Shame and Glastonberry) and after smelling their lippies and seeing their effect on my lips, I was hooked, line and sinker.

It is only fair then that I show off some of their latest products that may hook you onto this brand too.

Firstly let’s start with their foundations.
They are amazing. I prefer a light BB style cream to a heavier foundation and CT’s new Light Wonder foundation is perfect for my dry and semi-fair skin. The coverage is great for something so light and a small amount on my brush or finger really does go far.

I feeling almost like I am applying a face cream as suppose to a foundation, it’s now my go-to product for my meetings and outfit capturing days.

As well as Light Wonder, CT has also created a micro powder to help finish your look. The Airbrush Flawless Finish powder pretty much fills in the gaps that you may have missed when applying your foundation and it’s incredibly light and easy to apply. It’s great for a real finished/preened look and it’s a good partner for Light Wonder if you don’t (like me) fancy going the whole hog foundation wise.

Now let’s talk about their lippies!

Charlotte Tilbury’s lipsticks are heavenly! They are just ideal if you are heading out on the town with your girls or if you need a nude colour for that big interview. They aren’t brash, they do not dry out your lips and they smell so good you will want to eat them(don’t though because you will cry if you do).

The latest lippy set available is their Lip Archive with Miss Kensington, Between the Sheets and Confession. This set is great for those ladies who don’t want to make too much of a statement yet want a dash of colour on their lips. These shades would match a dramatic eye too but I just love wearing them for dinners with Gary and new business pitches.
