My day out at London Fashion Weekend with Avenue 32

Myself and some other cool press were invited to London Fashion Weekend with Avenue 32 to see the shows and other things that were going on. I have been at London Fashion Week many times so was a strange experience to go and do the weekend event and get a customer point of view.

There was some lovely brands such as Lulu Guinness, Levi’s, Maybelline and many others showcasing their latest products in Somerset House but I was more interested in the shows and what direction they were going to go in.

The First show we saw was a Trend directional one that showcased sporty numbers, floral pieces and Ladylike Lace which were all styled well to give the audience some ideas for S/S 2014. After the trend show, Julien Macdonald was on-hand to show his latest collection and it was lovely to see his collection and see the beaded pieces up close. Once we were fashioned-out Avenue 32 treated us to some lovely cakes and treats at the Waldorf Hilton and it finished off a lovely day perfectly!
