London Fashion Week S/S 2016 – Day 1 – Gypsy Grunge

It’s been a weather season for LFW this September. Normally the temperature is warm and sunny but with a particularly crap last few months, LFW has been warm and freezing at the same time. As us Brit have to plan for such rubbish spells if advance, I decided it was time try out some AW15 pieces I had ready and even though it rained(twice) my outfit latest pretty well!

I’m totally loving Zara’s AW collection in store so I knew this dress and velvet jacket would look amazing together. Teamed with chunky but comfy DM’s I was well prepared do the first day of LFW and was pretty pleased with the sort of 90’s gypsy/grunge look that I have pulled off here.

But question is, do you like it? The jacket is defo a favourite of mine for the colder months to come but was a little prices at €79.99 but I thought it was worth it!

  1. Lois, you total babe you! I love your hair colour with this outfit, I love the subtle print clash in the dress and jacket, it’s like they were destined to be a twin-set, but most of all I love you in a hat! It really suits you! Can’t wait to see the rest of your LFW looks!!

  2. Those ethno pieces look really amazing together but the most amazing part is the combination with Dr. Marten boots!

I just can’t get enough of this, so glad chunky 90s platforms are back! You look perfect in them!
