I do love a spot of shopping when I have time but when you find that die hard item, suddenly, you feel a hit of excitement again.
Even though I have had some shocking customer service experiences at Zara not long ago, all was forgiven given when I was helped by a lovely gentleman that track down this beautiful dress! He checked the stockroom and also asked his manager but it was only by chance when another helpful girl walked past me with the last one in her hand that my faith in Zara was restored!! It was my size too so it was obviously meant to be.
The dress sadly is now sold out(as you can imagine) but you can find a very similar AW16 version (here) which I am pretty tempted to buy too. The shape of this dress is perfect for me as I have the big boob issue and with a floaty cut, it is a flattering look and great for all year round also.
As I found the dress of my dreams, it seemed only fitting to wear it here with my equally dreamy Stella McCartney Elyse shoes from those cool peeps at Farfetch.
It is a rather daring look but I have to say, it’s me to a tea!
I actually took these shoes to Paris and walked a good 30 mins in them and they was no rubbing at all. You might think that they would be uncomfortable with their big platform but they are totally fine and I love how they look here.
Now to finish off such a impact outfit, I thought these cute sunglasses from Ray-Ban from The Sunglasses Shop were just perfect and I love the pink injection in such a classic style. Available now online in many colours, they have a slight slanty frame which I was unsure about at first but after wearing them for this shoot, I knew they were a GO-2 item I would wear again and again!
