You know what it is like when you see something you truly love and have it have it? Well after recently scouting Lowie’s website, I came across this beautiful dress that I am totally in love with. It has that Upper-East New York vibe but you know you could easily rock this dress in London with Converses. I was lucky enough to try it recently and fell in love with its girlie cut and gorgeous print. I am going to do a really nice outfit post with this dress soon and  you never know, you may fall for it too.
