Now that the miserable mist of winter has departed, I can’t help thinking about summer nights, warm sunshine and BBQ’s in my garden. Gary is very much the same so why not start the summer season a little early?
With that in mind, I look to Funkin, the fun drinks maker who has created some very cool flavoured cocktail mixers! Ready to buy in these sweet shakers, the cocktails are easily created and shared with your mates by simply adding ice and a rum or vodka base.
By simply following the instructions and giving your mixer a shake-up(it’s all in the wrist action), you can have cool, tropical drinks in the comfort of your own home! The Passion Fruit Martini was my favourite cocktail but the Strawberry Daiquiri and Skinny Mojito were pretty good too.
HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI:
* Twist off the lid of the bottle and peel off the silver Seel.
* Using Rum, fill up to the Rum line (displayed on the bottle).
* Add 3 ice cubs.
* Twist the cap back on and make sure the top lip is tight and shake it up!
* Serve in a glass of your choice with a piece of fruit
HOW TO MAKE A PASSION FRUIT MARTINI:
* Twist off the lid of the bottle and peel off the silver Seel.
* Using Vodka, fill up to the Vodka line (displayed on the bottle).
* Add 3 ice cubs.
* Twist the cap back on and make sure the top lip is tight and shake.
* Serve in a glass of your choice with a piece of fruit.
I used strawberries to decorate my drinks but you can go nuts and get tons of cute decs like they have here on Etsy.
