Big Cats and Denim

I have a lot of spotted prints to showcase at the moment so I decided to mix and match some of these and see how well they clash together. I love this skirt which is from Pretty Little Thing and it’s unusual to see a print like this in a bright red. It looks great with the contrast blue too and it’s a great skirt for all year round!

To match such a bright skirt, I wanted to wear this Jaguar print and shape (!) silk scarf from Cleo Ferin Mercury. I have never seen a scarf like this before but it sits lovely around my neck and I love the life-like shape and it’s got such an impact look about it.

I have another top to showcase from Brookhaven and even though the range is really sporty, you can easily adapt the pieces and wear them however you want. This Tigers top is made from a lovely soft cotton and I know it will be an ideal top to wear for Summer. It’s got a masculine feel about it but with it’s fitted shape, it looks a little sexy too.

I normally go a little over the top with jewellery so I wanted to try something a little different and more understated. Hey Sailor has some lovely jewellery and accessory pieces and I love this skull necklace from Julie Robson. With a delicate chain that can be worn whenever, the skull icon is a great contrast against this look.
