A night with the Rooftop Film Club, Peckham

Cinema is a huge passion for Gary’s and mine so it was great to go along to the Rooftop Film Club in Peckham and see The Theory of Everything. As he is a bit of a Math wiz, Gary was pretty keen to see this movie so on a rooftop in London felt like the perfect date night for us to both. Before the film started, we both munched on a yummy pizza each and cocktails from the bar at the venue. As well as Booze and grub, we also enjoyed some lovely popcorn from the sweets ‘shed’ and was even given some blankets to keep us nice and warm throughout the night.

The movie itself was an absolute delight to see and it was great to watch it under the stars, snuggled up.

If you love film and love London, the Rooftop Film Club is a real treat. I loved seating outside and watching the sun going down with Gary and it did have a rather unique and romantic feel to the whole evening.

Tickets start at around £14.00 each which is a similar cost to a normal cinema and you also get the chance to watch classics like Goonies, Top Gun and new releases like 50 Shades and Gravity.
