Staple pieces are always a good investment for any wardrobe but sometimes you don’t know something is a keeper until you buy it.

I wanted to take up the challenge of wearing this navy blue Disco skirt from Bank and see what 5, different ways I could wear it for S/S.

So to kick-start us off, I thought I would go for something a little wacky that could be a day or night look. The skirt itself is very flexible and isn’t too short either so you will be safe with all the tube jumping or generally working around you may have to do. With a shiny surface and button and zip fly, it’s very comfortable and is great teamed with a groovy jumper.

As my jumper and skirt nearly became one with the matching colour, I wanted to wear some statement shoes that are a complete contrast from the blue.  Schuh had these gorgeous white boots with this cut-out affect which worked perfectly with the rest of the outfit. With a medium size heel, you could wear these all day with your outfit too.
