I don’t have many blogger friends.
I have always been a lone wolf when it comes to the blogging world but in that way, I always seem to get more work done. The few fellow internet dwellers I do call friends though are lovely, down-to-earth people including Amy from Vintage Reflection who I met up with last week.
As we both rely on our other halves to do our pictures each weekend, it was great to meet up (when there’s daylight), grab some snaps and enjoy a naughty cake in the process too.
As its hard to find anyway in central London that isn’t busy, we headed to the British Museum and found a cute, quant little area where no soul was around. Stepping over a wall, we embarked on traditional cobbles and used Amy’s 50mm camera to capture these great natural shots. I also used my tripod too so we could get some photos of us together (que awkward moment where we don’t know how to pose).
Once we were happy(lots of going back and checking what we have taken), we headed to our meet up spot of Patisserie Valeria. As me and Amy have both been good diet wise, it was fun to treat ourselves to a delicious cake which sent me straight to orbit.
I think more then anything it’s nice to meet Amy so we can talk about our lives. We both work and blog full time so it’s great to have the same things in common and talk about our future and blogging plans we have. As I normally go to Paris fashion week at least once a year, Me and Amy are planning a trip already in September which should be great as I normally go on my own.
All I need to do now is decide what I am going to wear.
For full details of my outfit, look it up here: (Post coming soon, I promise)
