I can’t tell you how much I am enjoying this mild winter we are having. As I hate ice, rain and anything cold and damp, it’s a total relief to be able to go through January and have my hands free from gloves to blog and feel the sunshine on my face through the clouds. I know New York are enjoying their snow period at present so not sure how long it will be until it arrives on our little UK island.
Having this mild weather though has enabled me to play around with some fun styling this month. As I love a little creative dressing, I decided to pull this outfit together to show off some great pieces that arrived recently at my door from ASOS, Justfab, Other Stories and some other cool brands.
I don’t wear over cardigans much but this one from Justfab is converting me to a follower. It’s SO comfortable with its loose fitted sleeve and the tassel and baggy cut are perfect if you are feeling in a snugly mood. The woven design is pretty ace too and I’m simply looking how it works with my clash of demin’s here. I also got these block heels from the brand and they are pretty fricking ace too! Not too high and not to heavy, they are an ideal work shoe for you girls that have to totter about at work and best yet, they look sick. Period.
I fancied showcasing some cool accessories with this look and they don’t get any more statement making then this bag from And Other Stories, these sunnies from Firmoo and this great ring. I’m such a fan of wearing silver jewellery so wearing this gorgeous Larimar ring was a dream come true. The quality of the ring is brilliant and I love the large choice there is on their website.
I also thought I would show off this cute pin from Punky Pins. It is complete Sass and only costs £5 so
Do you like this look? I must confess, I love how easy it was to wear and style up, plus it kept me pretty warm and dry while I was wearing it too.
